I work 5 years in abroad before i left i have a 2 kids after 5 years of working i got home i notice that my wife get fregnant and givebirth a child with a 6months old so shes not my duaghter could i have the right to file a case with my wife

If the child is only 6 months old and your return didn't occur more than 40 weeks before she was born, you are right to suspect that she isn't your biological child. Adultery is cause to file for separation, and you appear to have proof of it, if that's the way you want to go. (Leaving your other child because you can't work it out together.)

You have all the right dude. She's been unfaithful to you and worst she even let herself got fregnant.....
No matter what is her reasons she is still not worth it....

this is sure that there is something wrong but before that find it yourself or ask ur wife how it happened.
if you talk to your wife you and your wife may get into some concensus or any agreement like abt kids or financial issue, if not then....
