Does a nose job help you look younger?

I have always had a bump and though it made me look older, but I never though a nose job would make a dramitic difference. Until I saw a video on Youtube where this girl was pretty but JUST after a nose job looked 5 years younger and sexy and hot, not just pretty...So am I crazy or do you agree that it makes some noses that used to have a bump look younger and more femine? Yeah...my one friend I just found out is actually in her 40s...she looks like a teenager! I asked her what she does and she said she got this procedure where they just remove the nose entirely and replace it with a baby's nose. She supplied the baby so she got it done really cheap. I'm not sure how much it costs if you don't offer the baby though. Case and point: GET KNOCKED UP ASAP!

i think you should just keep your nose the way it is. nothing about inner beauty, but we need more variation and diversity in the world! besides, look at jessica simpson. she has a bump on her nose and she's fine with it. lots of people think she's pretty! so i don't think you should do it. keep the money and go on a vacation! you know, they probably put on more makeup and make the lighting more flattering in the after pictures. They're just trying to get your money.

I used to have a nose pointing down and it looked really horrible!! it made me look old and harsh. I had a nose job (for medical reason, but I just went ahead and did plastic too) and I have now a little nose that made my whole face much more gentle and feminine. I only get compliments and I am so happy I did it, you have no idea.

if you want to look really young, have your surgeon cut off you nose and replace it with a newborn baby's. trust me, my friend got this done and she looks great! all the guys hit on her and when we go clubbin' guys are always smacking her butt!
