I think homosexuality is wrong, and I do not think homosexuals should be allowed to "marry", but I also think people like Britney Spears should not be allowed to "marry" for 24 hours than get a divorce. There should be a separate ceremony for such things.

I do not think homosexuality in the media is a good idea because it makes homosexuality almost desirable, and it may lead otherwise straight children to mistakenly question their sexuality.

However, whenever I express these views, I get labeled as homosexual. I am not a racist, but I believe that black people to not call racists "black", because that is a ridiculous argument. In the same way, it is ridiculous to call someone like me gay. That is called stereotyping.

I know i am going to hear "most homophones are gay", but
1) I am not a homophobe
2) I am not gay

Can't you guys get it?

It is the lunatic left at their best. If they don't like your opinion, they won't debate you with fact, they will spew hate and call names.

In today's society, it is in vogue to be gay or gay friendly. If you don't embrace the life style or at least tolerate it they you are considered a hatemonger or uneducated or something stupid like that.

It is funny... when there is some loony issue that the far left or the ACLU wants to legitimize, they will fight tooth and nail to bring it mainstream. Its disgusting, really.

How can you sit there and say "I think homosexuality is wrong" and "I do not think homosexuality in the media is a good idea because it makes homosexuality almost desirable, and it may lead otherwise straight children to mistakenly question their sexuality" and NOT call yourself a homophobe? Homophobes are the educated people who still believe you can "catch" being gay from the environment and haven't come to accept the reality that being gay is just something you are, the way you always have been since birth. You may not be gay, but you are DEFINITELY a homophobe. If you had just stuck with "I think it's wrong" I wouldn't have called you a homophobe because you're entitled to your opinion as much as I am, but when you into explaining WHY you think it's wrong..well, you just look like another mindless, uneducated homophobe that follows the masses of other homophobes and their justification of their beliefs. Grow up, form your OWN opinions and not those of other homophobes and maybe we would be more apt to BELIEVE you're not a homophobe.

I think the reason why people believe this is because often times Homophobes are aganist gay rights and often homophones are gay but trying to cover up their true feelings. They fear homosexuals and do not want to be around them because they are afraid of their own feelings which they find not acceptable. Its something completely different to not agree with homosexuality.

Old psychology said you could repress sexual feelings. In other words homosexuals would learn that its so wrong to be gay that they would not even realize it and live a straight life always missing something. This sterotype has stuck around.

Btw,homosexuality is not learned as people argue often. It is the same percentage in every society in the world, whether its accepted or not. Being raised by gay parents does not make children more apt to be gay, nor does seeing it in media. It just makes homosexuality more acceptable in today's culture which you may be aganist.

a lot of people also define homophobia as not only the fear of homosexuality but also hatred, or on a lesser degree, not agreeing. That depends on your definition.

they declare to choose 'classic' marriage.....yet for some reason they are against one guy having some better halves, marrying a woman the day after she's born, or somebody marrying a horse. Sorry, you could not have it the two techniques. those ARE classic marriages. Make up your minds. do you decide on classic, or genuine looking? As for marriage being a non secular element, you may merely be appropriate if there replaced into no state-controlled company stated as marriage. I agree that it may be greater effective if the two have been thoroughly separate, yet on the 2nd, they don't seem to be.

All I can say is that I am a lesbian and have no ill will towards ignorant straight persons. However, that being said I would also like to clarify that I do not agree with your sick lifestyle but I will tolerate it. However I DO NOT want YOU people teaching YOUR sick ideas to MY children. My otherwise happy gay children could grow up to be led astray by a straight deviant person. Ironic how tables can be turned huh?

LOL. We arent the ones who "cant get it". YOU are. All I want is for heterosexuals to live their own lives and allow me to live mine without having to hear your annoying mouth about every freakin thing. Its not that hard to do. If yall would just shut up and stop being so intrusive and RUDE, we wouldnt have to label u as a homophobe. If u cant understand or identify with us...FINE. I dont have the time nor the patience to try and "force" someone to understand me. That's not my thing. But i will not tolerate your hateful comments and your disdain of my lifestyle. If it was for you to judge, then u would have the given power to do so AND to change it. You dont. So get over yourself.

Thanks for joining us in the fight against LGBT bigotry, hatred and prejudice!

Yes, you are right, people who claim to be "christian" and then spew such hatred really are hypocrites.

Of course I agree that God makes people LGBT or straight, and both are just variations of sexual orientation, neither being more "right" or "moral" than the other. Yes, we are agreed that sexual orientation does not change over time, is not a "choice," and does not need to be "cured."

Which PFLAG chapter do you belong to?

It's the most fun to see everyone being called a homophobe simply because they reject that sexual orientation.

I hate certain races to the point where I don't want to associate with any of them. That doesn't mean I fear them spreading like a plague or something...

It's like saying 50%(guessing for effect based on the number of people I know to support or hate gays) of the country is afraid of gays...

thats retarded.

I really don't think you should concern yourself with other people's sexual orientations. It is really none of your business. As for straight children questioning their sexuality, that is very common, it doesn't mean they are going to become homosexual. That isn't possible. I'm not going to judge you, you are entitled to your opinion. I just think you are making a mountain out of a mole hill.
