Personally I would argue for conveying/reciprocal liking. Firstly, I would reject physical attractiveness as that has more to do with aesthetics than interpersonal behaviours.

Propinquity refers to the factor of physical or psychological proximity between people. Conveying liking refers to the effect where someone who is liked will return that feeling of liking. To me, I reckon conveying liking is more relevant to interpersonal behaviour as positive behaviour towards someone generates a set of positive behaviours in return.

Propinquity ties in more with familiarity in my opinion. The effect suggests that one develops more attraction to those in a close vincinity to you. Also it is suggested high propinquity=high exposure=high familiarity leading to greater attraction. From this there appears to be less of a necessity for active interpersonal behaviour contributing to attraction, it seems to suggest that the mere regular presence of a stimulus can generate attraction. I believe that with conveying liking, more active behaviour is involved, there is more interaction.

Of course you can also have interpersonal behaviour involved in propinquity e.g. a neighbour who you see regularly who interacts and displays interpersonal behaviours towards you. But I'm arguing that a propinquity effect can still take place without any interpersonal behaviours whereas conveying liking requires to a greater degree.

Sorry, it's turned into a bit of a ramble but I hope you understand what I mean anyway.

I think its a combination of all three but the strongest factor would have to be physical attractiveness. Choice c is the basis for starting a relationship and for propinquity to occur. And if there is physical attractiveness than choice b will also occur.
