job as you are meaning he or she is a true co-worker . not some token idiot or something like that but instead been working at the exact same job as you . say in a factory or whatever please tell me about your thoughts good bad hated loved all of it please just tell me MAX POIINTS FOR REAL LIFE TRUTHFULL ANSWERS. Trust me, if the disabled co worker don't have college degree or very specific skill that are difficult to come by. They tend to be treat worse than all others.

I don't have learning disable, but I'm deaf. I've work for couple places, if they're laid people off, I'm always the first one to go. If they need someone to do dirty work that no one else will take, they will make me do it. They also are more likely to write me up than others. I also recieve less pay than all others and chance of promote is almost impossible.

That's why I decide to go back to living on social security income and start attend college again. This way I can at least command some respect from boss and other coworker in the future.

If you don't consider the disabled worker who do a great job as a true co-worker then you're basically labeling them as a subhuman. Now that you know I'm deaf, are you gonna to label me as one? That's the real question.
