All fruits are healthy. They are the best thing coming from nature to us. They contain essential vitamins, minerals and fiber.
All fruits have some best quality inside. If you need energy, you grab a banana, if you have stomach problem you grab: apple, papaya, pineapple, if you want to be smarter in the morning, eat grapes, if you want a better eyesight, eat blueberries, etc... I would say that the apple is the best fruit to eat every day. After all, it was mentioned in the Bible...
There are rules to follow for best fruit consumption:
1) Eat on empty stomach. Papaya, pineapple and apple do help the digestion, but are better on empty stomach.
2)"The best fruit is the one in the morning, and the worse fruit is the one in the night."
3) If you eat different fruits one by one, always start with those more juicy.
4) Always eat ripe fruits. That is when the toxicity has turned into pure vitamins and minerals.
5) Eat organic fruits rather than those chemically treated. The worm the better :)
6) Eat more fruits that grow in your area than those from exotic places (seasonal).
7) Do not eat a same fruit over a longer period of time.
8) Some types of a same fruit are better than others. But, sometimes the tastiest orange isn't better for some specific issue, than a one you might never want to eat...

All fresh organically grown fruits are better than anything you buy in a chain store. Buy fruits from Farmers' Markets or farms directly. The nutritive values you get are much better than the dyed fruits supermarkets offer and are always pesticide free. What I am trying to figure out is what this question has to do with Books and Authors?

bilberries:improve your sight
papayas and pineapples:relieve stomach problems
mangos oranges and kiwis for vitamin C
