Sounds like you could be pregnant. Back when I got pregnant with my first, I used to get sore breasts and spot for a couple of days, too. Then one month, I didn't have sore breasts or spotting. I wondered why, then when I didn't get my period on the expected day, realized, "Hey! Maybe I'm pregnant!" And I was. (However, I was glad, because we'd been trying.) Do a home pregnancy test. They're all pretty accurate.
Here's how to tell how many days your cycle is: Count from Day 1 of your period to Day 1 of your next period. That's how many days that cycle was. It varies from person to person, and not everyone has a really regular cycle. So do this for a few months. If you're like me, it can vary from 25 to 29 days. Generally, you ovulate a certain number of days after Day 1 of your period. Again, everyone is different. I ovulate 11-12 days after the first day of my period. You are MOST fertile for 3 days before and 3 days after you ovulate, plus the actual day you ovulate. But you should use protection ALL the time if you want to avoid pregnancy.

A couple of things you should keep in mind when you do decide to test: First, urine tests don't show anything before three weeks gestation. They're just not sensitive enough for that. Sometimes they won't show up for a month or more.
Second, it's usually a good idea to wait till you're at least two weeks late before you start worrying about whether or not you're pregnant. Lots of factors in a woman's life will effect her cycle. Something as simple as moving into a workplace of all women can be enough to do it. Stress has alot to do with it. Waiting till at least the first would be a good idea. If you're really worried about it though, by all means go down and get the test done. But it might not have an accurate result.

Yes, you could be pregnant. Sounds like you are almost a week late. A woman's cycle is usually 28 days, but you know your body. I think it's time to get a pregnancy test and if you aren't pregnant then start being smarter about sex. Use birth control and condoms. Also, you should start keeping track of your cycles just in case you end up in this situation again, which hopefully you won't. If the pregnancy tests are positive (I would take a few just to be sure) go see your doctor. I hope you learn something from this.

Well there is always a possibility. Try to calculate your ovulation date. It is usually 14 days from the 1st day of your last period.
Or, you could just buy a pregnancy test. You have offically missed your first pd if your last one was 2-21. Go by 3 at the $store if you don't have much money. One is bound to be right. A cheap 1 anywhere else is about $10.

Well if your period always come on on the 21st of every month it would be something to think about. When I was pregnant I sleep a lot that was my only sympton with my first child. Maybe you should wait until 1st and then take a test

I think that all you can do is wait, then you will know if you are pregnant.
Personally, I would wait until the 1st before considering it late, but whether you test now or test then is up to you.
