Xanthippe,wife of Socrates, is interesting character, although she must have lived around 470-380 (I dont' know exactly, she was younger than Socrates and lived longer than him).
She is best known because of her sharp tongue and today is methaphore for nagging wife.
Other well known is Aspasia from Miletus, who had relation with Pericles (she was hetaera) and was well educated for that time, had knowledge of philosophy and actually was mentioned by Plato or Aristophanes.

Sappho died in 570, and Cleopatra (there were several of them last one being the famous one) while Greek they were in Egypt.
There are not many, I could only find these three.
