Cleaning them myself is not an option. I need help, willing to pay a fair price for the work, just don't know what a fair price will be.

Nothing, I would take a cloth and get it wet and spray it with some cleaner, close the blind and wipe it down and then reverse it and do it again and then the blind would be clean. Used to work at a motel right by a busy road and had blinds by the bazillions to clean every week.

I wouldn't pay anything to have them cleaned. You can easily take them down and wash them in the bath tub. Then shake them off and hang then on a clothes line or hang them back up on the windows and put towels under them.

It's probably cheaper to get new ones than it is to have the old ones washed.
