where can i get fruits basket mangas before they come out in the US?

you can try looking at store on the web but where they are shipping from may be really far away and not trustworthy, so i would reccomend that you read them online. Online you can find all the chapters that haven't been realeased yet except 136 which many people are working to translate.
Here are a few websites you can read them on...
1. www.mangavolume.com (has all chapters to 134, but slow)

(really fast all of them from 126-135, working on 136)

(Has all up to 135 but you have to download them)

Well if you are talking getting the actual Japanese manga, then you just order the import manga of Fruits Basket. It is available.
If you are talking online there are a few places like mangavolume.com that have the majority of them scanlated.

I saw ones in Japanese on ebay. Also, there are some english speaking countries which have more released than the US so you could try to get someone there to send you them. I think http://www.anime-eden.com// might help you as well.

go to japan, or go to a country that has a different time zone than us (i'm on the east coast in the us) and see if it is released before it is in the US. hope this helps!
