It will be either Edge or Jeff Hardy
Here are my reasons:
Edge: Edge is undeafeted at Wrestlmaia and has been succsefull in his pat few matches .. now we all know that he cheats and he is cocky but if he does that at wrestlamaia he just might win and im cheering for him too. I also think he will win becuase he is not that great of a high flyer but he is pretty good. I loved when he speared Jeff Hardy of the top of the ladder. That Was cool.

Jeff Hardy: He is a great and talented person and he dserves to be mr. MITB he also has always sacrificed his body as that he might do in this match and he may also be sucsessful as always...Jeff Hardy has lot's of chances of winning this ladder match because he has got the skills and braveness to jump of high high ladders..

The match hasn't happened yet but I think that the Rated-R-Superstar will be the 2007 Money In The Bank winner

i suppose any of them can win it
edge has won one before and hes undefeated at wrestlemania too. but the downside is his jaw is broken too
ken kennedy has defeated 7 world champions and is very agreesive his downside is he has had extended rivalries with the undertaker and batista
booker t is a established champion but his downside is when he was world champion he didnt create ratings
finlay is a classic veteran and him having a sheligh gives him a nice advantage too but his downside is i dont think he has the endurance for this matc
cm punk is a hardnosed fan favorite but theres too much backstage heat on him to do anything
orton has been champion before and has learned from the best but he doesnt play a good facewrestler
jeff hardy has a ton of experience with ladders and always seems to shine at wrestlemania laddermatches
but the one who takes it is matt hardy he has the endurance experience in ladder matches and hes very underrated and can make a good rivalry with one of the champions
