Well my friend lives in an apartment and the neighbors up stairs must hang pictures like 3 times a day because you can always hear them hammering, drilling, screwing and tapping.

Well, I'd hope they were screwing, but most likely it was just the sweet, young lady next door and her "toys". It usually happened after I could hear her shower running, then the husband drove out of the driveway on his merry old way to his job. She really got into it. I must admit, I wasn't offended, as I'm sure dog wanted me to be. They have since moved and I really do miss them!

God forbid nothing. My neighbors in a house can hear me. I make sure they do, I leave the windows open.
