I like it. The hubby and I used to watch it in bed on Saturday mornings. It's funny.
I read somewhere, several years ago, that the gay community has adopted Spongebob for themselves. I don't think he is gay, he is more like asexual - because it's a kid's show, for crying out loud. I mean, it's even on Nickelodeon, not Cartoon Network, lol.
Besides, if anyone on that show is gay, it's Squidward!

I do, I do, I do!!! People think he's gay cause he's an adult who spends all his time with another male (patrick). This is just stupid cause it's a cartoon about a sponge and a starfish hello how can they be gay?), it's a cartoon about friendship not romance (BTW bob had a date whith Pearl so he can't be gay)
some people are just looking for dirt everywhere like sex innuendos in disney movies!
