Has there ever been an instance where two or more players have scored a hattrick, either from the same team or opposing teams, in the same match? And if such a scenario has happened, who gets to keep the match ball?

yes this has happened. In the Mexican league 2003 or 2004 Monarcas hosted Amerca. The result was a score of 6-1 i think with Blanco scoring 3 goals and Navia scoring 3 goals. I'm sure it has happened other times in other leagues, and the match ball should be given to the player who scores the hat-trick first.

No help with who, but whoever got the Hattrick in the first half would get the match ball.

Here is a hint, 1954 Quarter Final of the World Cup.

That is just one example; there are even two or three other examples in the World Cup ALONE.
