He is extremely fake! I doubt that he is that hard on his staff in real life. They would all quit in a second, as there are many other more famous chefs that they could apprentice for. His swearing and inanely irritating banter is a tv phenomenon.

I would never work for a man that showed so little respect for other people as he does. He shout & swears all the time. I think we should call that bullying in the workplace.

I couldn't work with him. I think he is hard on people because otherwise the meals wouldn't get prepared properly or on time. Unfortunatley, a boss has to be a boss, not a friend.

I'm a good Chef, not perfect by any means but I know my stuff.
He is intimidating but I reckon he's a bit of a softie underneath.

Definitely not. My temper is probably much worse and I would not take such c*** of my parents, let alone such a self important p*** as him. It would be a bloodbath.

oh...could NEVER work with him...horrible,self opinionated, ugly...- foul mouthed nobody. (where do i stop?!!) ..dont like him at all...not many people do like him in england...hopefully we can export him to the states. jamie oliver is so much nicer!!!
