It's going to be hard to find something that works for your skin It takes time so just be patient. I have had acne that is just painfully bad since I was a child and didn't find a remedy until I was in high-school. I use just a generic[usually Wal-Mart brand Equate] maximum strength acne fighting cream combine with daily face washing. It's best if you first gently scrub your face with a washcloth soaked with water as hot as you can stand it and then gently soak it with ice cold water. This will cleanse your pores and remove some of the oil from your skin and then snap them shut. After you've rinsed your face with the cold water, apply the cream. Even though your pores have been shut the cream works better this way.
I do not recommend such products as Proactive. Although they really work for some people it's not worth the money unless it's an absolute last resort. I hope your skin clears up soon =]
Also as far as make-up goes I recommend Mayebelline Dream Matte mousse as your foundation. It's very light, a little bit goes a long way, and if you apply it correctly and your skin isn't too dry then it will cover anything, even the most planet-like masses lol.

Hi stop using the foundation you are using and get one that is oil free. If they are getting worse with using this foundation then stop right now, it wont make them go away.
I have this problems with foundations and I nnow use Tescos Barbara Dailys MAKE-UP range in the oil free range and my I dont break out anymore. I dont recommend using any of the big brand names as Ive tried the ones that are oil free and dont clog pores and they seem to either dry out the skin, give me more spots, or a rash. Which Is a little nig similar to what you have on your head. I find if I use spot creams etc they make them worse and burn my skin. The best one Ive used is neutrogena 2 in one face wash and mask. If I use it every other day its drys up my spots and I get a clearer complexion to but I wont use it eeryday as its a little too harsh for the skin. As like me you have sensitive skin.
I now use evening primrose soap and cream I get the cream from superdrug and the soap from tesco and it seems to be helping. As the soap helps to dry the spots up and it doesnt bring me out in a rash. Its worth a try if nothing else works. This was the last resort for me as I have tried everything else.
Ive even bought clinique stuff which is for sensitive skin and in fragrance free and this made my skin worse. So i wouldnt recommend them there a waste of money.

If you want something that you can get for a reasonable price at your local store, try the Clearasil Ultra line. There is a face wash, toner, and medicinal cream. I personally use Proactiv, but my friend got amazing results with Clearasil Ultra. The pieces are about $6 or less each at your local Walmart, Target, Walgreens etc.

Depends on how old you are. If you're in your teens then there is little you can do about hormones. If you're not in the teen time then a good quality face routine twice a day is good and don't forget to exfoliate once a week. There really isn't any substitute on the skin front to getting lots of sleep, keeping your skin clean, drinking lots of water and eating good fresh food with lots of vegetables. If you eat badly, it will come out in your complexion.

Roaccutane, I used it and my skin came out brilliant. It's only available from you're doctor and you'll need to ask for it specifically. There are some side affects, but I only suffered from dry skin which was controlled by using Epiderm skin cream from a pharmacy x

Pro-Active is the way to go!!! after constant use every day, you'll start to notice a difference.... clear skin, no more spots, black heads are gone, and it will also prevent pimples even if there seems like there is none yet. this is a must try.
