Freckles is caused by skin exposure to the sun, its has to do with skin pigmentation, anyways if you notice, people who have freckles will have them on their faces, neck, shoulders and arms, mostly these are part of the body that gets exposed to the sun. So to your question the answer is no, unless maybe he lives in the nude....lol

Ok, exposure to the sun doesn't determine whether or not you have freckles. If it did, everyone on this earth would have freckles. I am a redhead, and I was born with freckles. Sure, they multiply and darken in the sun, but I could live in a cave for ten years and I'd still have freckles. Abour having freckles on your penis, I have no idea.... I think it could be possible because a lot of redheads are covered head to toe with them so it doesn't seem that unlikely that they would be there too.
