Those are all good questions to ask. I would also ask for a timeframe in which they will fill the position, so you are not sitting and twiddling your thumbs. If it is a casual interview, you can ask how many candidates they will be interviewing for the position. Ask this only in a casual interview.
Primarily you can ask what you want to know. Just don't say " no,I don't have any questions"..it makes you seem uninterested.
Don't bring up pay, unless the interviewer does.
