Is confusing violence with manliness stupid, deadly, or both?

"I'll take war over wimps".

Excuse me. Taking Peace over War is "wimpy"?
Isnt that in fact the HUMAN IDEAL?
Exactly HOW reactive IS this society???

Jane Fonda said something like that in 2005 and the conseravtive media went after her like a pit bull for it. I wonder what they were trying to divert attention away from.Hmmm....

Any damn fool can resort to violence, it takes wisdom to find a path to peace. Any damn fool can destroy things, it takes wisdom to build up society and make lives better.
