It's not every day that women get fregnant. Maybe you could call Guiness.

And you have a right to file a case. Really, you could file a case against anyone for anything, but it doesn't mean it will be heard. Why haven't you already filed a case?

Depending on the state, the time limit has most probably expired for filing cuckolding charges. This means you will be legally responsible for the child's finances for the next 14 - 21 years no matter what the DNA results are.
Paternity fraud is being looked at by several state legislatures and help is coming but in your case it may be too late.
You have grounds for divorce (as if grounds were necessary) and I would highly recommend suing the paternal father once you have proof the child is not yours and assuming you can find out who the real father is. Either way, you will be stuck paying child support in all likelihood, even if she marries the child's father, you may still be on the hook to provide her with money each month under the name "child support".
You may even be able to sue your wife for expenses dealing with the costs associated with the child that you paid including support, childbirth and other items.

I'm not sure what you are asking, but I do know if you have paid child support, you can get a paternity test done, then you have to prove it isn't your child and you won't have to pay any more. Then you can prove who the real father is, and sue him for the money you have already paid for raising the child, and for the support you may have paid.

Best bet? See a lawyer who specializes in this.

You more than likely have cause if you can show that the child is not yours with a paternity test. I can't think of a better way to prove infidelity than having a child that's not yours.

Are you sure you are not the father of the child? Look into getting a legal paternity test, one that is court admissible. Boston Paternity performs these tests nationwide. www.bostonpaternity.com
