Is there a good, cheap INTERNET SERVICE i can get without having a home phone in my house?

We have cell phones and dont want a house phone. We also have satelite in the house but our server does not service our area yet.

probably best to go with cable company or put up a wireless antenna and "borrow" internet from a neighbor with wireless
