Dose it provide a private records? Like my unlisted phone number? or different Private information? will people share information with a Private Investigator that carries a License that i can not get with out a License?

I guess it is to try to prevent any weirdo from claiming to be a private investigator. If you have a license then you must have gone thru some sort of program or something to gain it. If anyone could claim to be an investigator and not have to show proof, then why did you go thru the program. You could have easily just skipped all of the training and just told everyone you were a PI.
