It appears possible that my DNA profile was covertly obtained.How do I search for a public record of any citizen who may be on some list?

It depends on when you were born. If it was after 1980, the government has your DNA on file. But only if you were born in a hospital. I don't think they been able to get at-home midwives to obtain samples.

Make freinds with an officer or federal agent and ask them to find out for you.
