i need a gypsy vanner horse for under 10,000$ and i'm runnin a tight budget. i'd just like some advice here on where to look.

Have you checked the internet under Gypsy Vanner Breeders? You might write the breeder to see if they ever sell the horses under $10Gs and don't be afraid to tell them your situation.

I got my gypsies at Gypsy MVP. Although they were priced at over $10,000. They did however have many weanlings that were for sale under or around that price. Really depends on breeding, pattern, color, and sex. Good luck.
