Winter’s over and I see the kid across the street without his hat on for the first time ever. He has a mullet!! I asked him how long has this been happening? He said he’s always had it. Any parent who would allow that to go on there home is obviously unfit to care for a child. What should I do?

No disrespect, but I don't think that is any of your business. Its just a haircut, maybe the parents are fine with it. Every parent treats their children differently and if they want their children to be sporting mullets then so be it. I don't think that this is a circumstance where you need to call child services.
