You do not want to work together!!!! There are not pros, only cons. I work in HR and deal with these issues all the time.

con: you will see eachother everday when you are mad
you will eventually get sick of eachother and want some space aaway from eachother; happens to everyone

pros: you will spend a lot of time together

one big con...when you break up, you have to see each other every day.
