my ruin - they're good,and have good lyrics - like "made to measure",but i don't hear alot about them...don't look for them either.just made me think of them.and kinda old i guess..

In country music ,blues and southern rock it's hands down The Kentucky Headhunters
Go see them live. No act wants to follow them. They are just too damn good, played a long time together,since 1968,and most of the members are family, 1st cousins and can jam and improvise on anything at the drop of a hat. Usually don't even follow a set list. No show is the same. Best drummer country music.

Porcupine Tree, I love them so much but no one has even heard of them. They are teh unltimate progressive rock band right now, but then again, Progressive Rock is a underrated genre.
