I am pregnant so maybe thats the cause of the urgency to urinate. but I dont know why I have the other syptoms. It can't be a yeast infection because there is a foul odor. and it can't be a uti because there is itching not burning. I am getting so confused

You could have multiple things going on. You could have a yeast infection, and/or UTI, and/or bacterial infection. The yeast would make you itch, the bacterial infection would also make you itch and smell, and the UTI would make you have to pee and your area might hurt. Go see a doctor so they can help you out. I would suggest making as many observations as possible before going so you can help the doctor with the most information. Sounds like you have been observant already. Good luck!

I THINK SOMEONE,PROBABLY A MAN NEEDS TO CLEAN YOU BOTH INSIDE (ENEMA) AND OUT ( A GOOD SOAP AND WATER BATH) I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE FOUL SMELL IS ,MAYBE IT IS SWEAT OR BODY ODOR OR MAYBE FEMININE ODOR. IF IT IS THE LAST, MAYBE A DOUCHE IS IN ORDER..

Go to your doctor and get it treated...it may be something that can be cleared up easily but it sounds most unpleasant.
