What kind of things do you do working as an investment banker and what kind of things do you do working at a hedge fund? What one would pay more? Which would offer better growth opportunities? If you were offered both, which would you take? Thanks!

It depends on the bank's terms and conditions and it also varies from bank to bank and other financial institutions in the same business !!!!
