Keeping your dignity, or kicking and screaming?

None of them, I guess. At such moments I tend to experience kind of resistance shock which disables me to take any fruitful action. I digest my shock over some days, sometimes months, even years, thinking how I really should have responded and in this sense I really envy those who know how to choose their stand and respond accordingly. I dig often really late, until the issue is dismissed or numbed as unresolvable.

Hmmm.... I'd probably go with keeping my dignity but deep inside I'd want to be kicking and screaming.
