No one knows when Jesus will return, people have been saying he will return within ___ years since the resurection.

to be honest 2006 was a slow year for Hurricanes and the last 2 years have been pretty normal for tornadoes.

However
Data suggests that there will be more hurricanes than normal and possibly more tornado outbreaks in 2007 because of the La Nina in the pacific ocean

this is from the CPC
there's an odd correlation between some of the worst tornado outbreaks and La Nina conditions

This is from Joseph Schaefer from the Storm Prediction Center
However, significant differences as a function of ENSO phase were found in both the number of tornadoes and the number of strong and violent tornadoes for the Mideastern States, and for F2 and greater tornadoes over the entire contiguous United States. In these cases, more tornadoes appear to occur during La Nina months

La Niña means a greater frequency of damaging storms and more damage per storm.
During cold events in the eastern Pacific, the odds are significantly higher that the U.S. will experience greater impacts because of a larger number of tropical cyclones and higher intensities for each storm. Over the 73 years covered by this st udy, the total numbers of tropical storms and hurricane landfalls were 58 during El Niño years versus 82 during La Niña years. The average Saffir/Simpson category of landfalling tropical cyclones (counting tropical storms as zero) is 0.93 du ring El Niño years and 1.33 during La Niña years.

No, Jesus has nothing to do with it. Besides, why would Jesus want weather to get WORSE for his return? Wouldn't he want the weather to be nice? I know I would. I mean, if you have a trip planned to, say Michigan, what time of year would you go? Yeah, spring or summer, maybe early fall. Same with Jesus - he's all about prime rays and warm days.

As for what kind of year we'll have, search for National Hurricane Center and National Meteorilogical Survey.

We are definatly in for a violent hurricane season. I'm not sure if we are going to have a bad tornado year though. All i know is that the gulf coast of Florida needs to get ready for the worst (me). This can possible be the coming of the lord. Remember though, that he will come in a unexpected moment.

Jesus might come back, but I doubt he will do that on a rainy day. After all...he is Jesus and why would he not travel when the weather is nice.

This tornado season hasn't been especially bad. Last year's hurricane season, we saw below average numbers.
