Hi =) well first of all try not to worry that you have spots, it will only make you feel worse, nearly everyone suffers from spots at some point in their lives, they will go in time =)
now, i wouldnt try any of the face washes/scrubs from the shops because they just irritate your skin and cost money, the most common causes of spots are lack in exercise, not getting enough sleep, not eating healthily and it can also be a change in hormones. I would recommend mixing a few drops of tea tree oil in some warm water and using that as a face wash in the morning and before you go to sleep, also try not to touch your skin because you will transfer bacteria from your hands onto your face, hope this helps =) good luck!

well facial scrubs help me but another cause of spots can be stress. ive been quite stressed latly and my spots got really bad but theyve seemed to calm down a bit more now
i dont want to patronise u by saying face washes or somthing cos im sure uve tryed all that already
but i know there are other reasons also the type of wash u have maybe ur sencitive. u could try a natural face treatment or somthing with no purfume in or somthing

hi i know this will prob sound dirty but dont wash your face everyday. infact as little as possible. your face needs the oils and grease in your skin to come out.
i did this as i was bad and it really helped.
also, buy some tea- tree and use on the spots. dont dialute and does feel, at first, like it burns your face like mad- but this feeling goes after a few minutes. dab gentally on spots with cotton wool. i thin your supposed to do this 2-3 times a day. but once in the evening will help. after using this method for about 2 weeks, you should see improvement.
if your not sure what tea- tree is, go to your chemist, boots store, superdrug store or supermarket and ask someone who works there.

You need to change your diet. Do you eat alot of sugary or greasy foods?
When I eat bad, I wake up the next day with a few spots, as soon as I eat right they go. I'm 22 so it should work for you aswell. Also, try not to wear alot of makeup - that will damage your skin.

Go and see your Doctor.
He could give you some hormones to help clear them up.
You need to be happy at 21 years not worried about your skin so go sooner than later!

If they are affecting your life why not go to the doctors, they usually have a dermotologist there and they should give you some creams to suit your skin which really helped me xoxox
