Lunges! They are a pain in the *** but it will make your thighs and butt get firm and bigger. It looks good. Just do about 20-25 lunges every other day and your butt will increase every time. Good luck. :-)

DEFINETLY DO SQUATS!!! okay when u go to the gym.. head over to the bar thing and u put that behind your head ... the bar is usually like idk 40-ish pounds maybe and you're supposed to go all the way down and up again..... or just ask the instructor.. lol. dont listen to that junk about eating bad foods that'll just make u gain weight. squats are gonna help trust me i know!

exercise (walk and lunges) you'll build up the muscle in your behind and lose weight at the sametime :)
