Depends on whether the person of honor likes small groups or large ones. Myself, I prefer a small group, no more than 5. That way I can actually connect with everyone. At a big party I feel either like I don't know anyone, or I know too many people and don't have the chance to have a good conversation, or I talk to like 2 people all night and feel like I missed out on meeting people. :-P crazy I know!

I believe for kids the number of quests is the same as the celebrants age. After that the number of quests is based on the number of friends available to invite.

Any number higher than 2. It doesn't really matter as long as the guests are people you know well, and you all have a good time.

A. at the least, you can have so much fun with your two closet friends. but if you wanna have a lot then go ahead and invite 20! i normally have a smaller party cause i hate it when even though their all my friends, the people seperate into clicks.

As much as you can...
Cause that's when you're gonna feel that you're surrounded by your beloved ones and friends, people who care about you. Gather and have fun on that day.
It does matter to invite everyone, all your friends; cause not everyone is going to show up (Some will have other appointments/work or anything) so you must be surrounded with lots of love on that special day of yours.

It depends on what kind of party you are going to have. a sleepover, then like A. A dance party, then E. Just a regular 'ole B-day party, anywhere between B. and D.

I will go with G... as many as you want to invite. If you invite the wrong people, they can ruin your party. So sometimes a party of 2-5 is nice, sometimes a party of 16-20 is nice.. sometimes MORE people is nice. It's up to you :o)
