I'm fluent in 2 languages but I know a lot of German and French and I know a bit of Spanish and Italian

No, I am not fluent in any language but english. I can say "look at the pretty bird" in japanese and a few bad words in spanish.

I am, but not in one that most people are familiar with. I am very fluent in AmSLan, better known as American Sign Language.
Most people try to say that that isn't a foreign language and I usually laugh and ask them if they understand it. When the invariable answer is no, I immediately respond with "Well, then it's foreign to you, isn't it?"
I actually got a damn good job with that once. They wanted someone who was bi-lingual, and tried to turn me down until I made that statement. I GOT the job!!

Otherwise, I only know some French and a little Spanish

I can speak Chinese and carry out a normal conversation, but it would be a lie to say I'm very good at it. I'm taking either Spanish or Latin as a freshmen in high school next year.
