ive seen this pill called ManXL seems like the most promising pill out there, all the ingredients were FDA approved which was key for me as far as me considering buying the pills, but im still a little skeptical, does anyone else know of these pills, or of any other that you have tried and worked, or you tried and that didnt work

No pill works...that's the long and short of it. You could have a pill which contains penicillin...FDA approved...but it wouldn't make any difference on your size!
