simple as. who is better out of ninjas and pirates?

It's all a matter of perspective and goal.
If you just need someone killed, ninjas are your guys. If you need to kill, plunder, and party, you really need to hire some pirates.
Generally, ninjas smell better than pirates, while pirates have access to a wider variety of booze (beer, rum, whiskey, and port vs. sake).
As far as dress, it's really a toss-up. Ninjas look snazzy in their outfits and black is very flattering. However, pirates epitomize thrift-store fashion and making a personal statement with wardrobe. Ninjas generally accessorize with lots and lots of cool weapons while pirates commonly affect a parrot, eyepatch, cutlass, and/or pegleg.
Finally, ninjas are better for infiltrating enemy fortifications, while pirates sail the open sea.

A band of Ninjas will destroy a ship full of pirates anytime they can. This is a popular vacation activity for ninjas. While pirates will occasionally send a drunken raid against a ninja village, few of the ninjas are harmed and most think of this as a fun game.

A ninja would sneak up to a pirate ship and make it think with one single blow, while the pirates are drinking and singing songs and fighting each other. And a single ninja could take out a whole pirate gang, because pirates are drunken bast...

Ninjas kick *** and wear cool outfits. Pirates suck! The only Pirates I want to see are the sexy female Pirates at Treasure Island in Las Vegas called The Sirens of TI.

Ninjas came about to free the people from the tyranny of the Samurai whereas pirates steal from people and kill them if they resist. So morally ninjas are better than pirates.

Ooh, there's a brilliant flash game I saw once called Ninja Loves Pirate, it was great fun. But to answer your question: pirates, obviously. All that rum and pillaging, great fun. A ninja would just sit in the house all day channeling his chi and being inscrutable.

pretty funny question. my teenagers were arguing this the other day, they said ninjas, and I said pirates. so, since I am answering this and not them, I say pirates

See this question alot I wonder why so many people wonder about this, well pirates liked to steal kill rape pillage and plunder so I would go with honorable ninja.
