Is “Suburbia” limited to the USA culture only?

No, it probably was one time. I recently saw a program on TV about India's booming economy and how they've begun building Suburbias in the capital and basically how American Culture found it's way to Indian life.

No, it is part of every large city everywhere in the world. People are much the same wherever you go.
