You should direct your question to the manager of the establishment...I'd worry more about them caring than strangers on the internet.
Also, find Ruby Tuesday's website and drop their corporate offices an email. They may want to hear about how one of their locations is being handled.

Best thing to do would be report them. If you complain to the staff why would they change anything when they obviously don't care already. If the place is already that bad they are not doing their job's. Call or contact osha and or an inspector and have them inspected. When I worked at a food place that was dirty that is what I did. They came right away and the rest, got all kind's of violation's.
I have been to a Ruby Tuesday's in several different area's that were very clean. It's all a matter of their management.

Complain to the manager. You shouldn't just let it go. I know how you feel, I don't appreciate terrible service either. I don't think anyone does. So make a difference for other patrons in that restaurant by calling the manager and letting them know your feelings. If you don't want to deal with the manager, you can file a complaint at the Better Business Bureau at http://www.bbb.org/

It depends on the restaurant and the management. I´ve gone to Ruby Tuesday´s in Mexico and it´s the best food, great service, and very clean! I love their margaritas and burgers!

OMG...Funny I should Read this because I obtained food poisoning from Ruby Tuesday. It was the worse ever. My fiancé and I had French onion soup and I will never have the stomach to eat that again or to eat at Ruby Tuesday ever again.

U didn't mention how the food was. I ate at one in Texas and that was the nastiest crap I have ever put in my mouth. Their commercials make it look so good. What a JOKE!
