My fishes are very boring they just sink to the bottom of the bowl. is it natural.

Probably not. If you have fish in a bowl that are pregnant I can almost guarantee you have too many fish in too small of a space and the actual problem is low oxygen levels in the bowl. It could also be too low of a temperature or ammonia / nitrite poisoning. Be sure they have clean water of the correct temperature and that they aren't over crowded and that will surely help.

Check your air supply; low Oxygen can make them dopey. Plus kill them after a spell. As for the baby, your fish could care less about the baby as long as you keep suppling clean water, food, and oxygen they will be happy.
