i only believe the cops can do something like that since the information is stored on the server of your phone company and they can get a warrent from the courts but i do not believe there is a way you can but you can at least get a copy of your bill and it will list how many were sent and received from different numbers

Unless you got "mad connection" at the telephone company then you need a court order to get those messages.

Not that I have heard of.......policeman can do it if they suspect you of criminal activity but I would imagine most people would be doing this to check up on their spouse or kids, so probably not.
