Its a finance job.

I can't say public speaking because the job requires strong communication skill so i think its a bad idea.
I can't say i work too much it sound like i'm running from question.
should i say sales skill since the job doesn't require sales.

How does this sound my weakness is that I don't have good sales skill but with my previous jobs I have over come this weakness didn’t do well at first but kept trying until I did, and by practicing my sales skill with people I know I have improved.

Excellent.
Everybody has a weakness. They want to know what you are doing to overcome it.

I was intrigued by the person who said they got upset when confronted by a mistake.
If it was a " so what" attitude forget it. but if it showed that person enjoyed doing quality work, I would want to hire that person. I was very forgiving about mistakes, as long as that person cared.

properly you're continually meant to make a unfavourable question like that right into a favorable answer. Say something like, I each so often sense as though Im too prepared. I dont understand...I hate that query too!!

How about you don't work well in groups where everyone won't contribute. Re-iterate by saying you work well in groups, as long as EVERYONE in the group is working towards a successful outcome on the project.
