Take a onesided razor blade and scrape the carpet where it is least used, probally in the back of your Jeep. You will see carpet fuzz pile up. Take this pile and put just a drop of glue in the burn hole and then put in the carpet fibers that you scraped up in the hole.. It'll work. Done it several times.

Carefully remove the burnt part without cutting the carpet backing and then fill the hole with carpet fibers taken from an inconspicuous area like under the seat and glue them into the hole is how pro carpet installers fix that. I have done it myself, and had it look fine, but if you are not comfortable trying it, go to any carpet pro, home or auto, and he should be able to fix it in minutes and for very reasonable.

Stitch the words "Don't Look Here, Cigarette Burn" into a piece of cloth and then sew that into the carpet. Either that or try to find a small patch of carpet with a similar color and glue / sew that where the hole is.

The best way I know how to fix a small burn is to take a razor blade a pick at it. that way you can chip off the dark part of the burn, and move around the rest of the carpet over it.

good luck!

don't get upset, sh*t happens, You may be able to patch it, If there is a part of carpet you can steel from under your seat or you go to a auto store and buy mats to cover it up. Its a jeep you shouldn't have carpet anyway its an off road vehicle, carpet justs gets messed up.

my wife had a similar probllem with her car floor carpet, she used touch-up paint, but she had to search arond for a perfect match, in all fairness you cant notice it now at all, but maybe she was just lucky as it was only a small burn mark. worth a go, if it fails, try your local scrappy for a new carpet or just buy a new one, or cover it with mats.
hope that helps

Match the color with paint, as closely as possible, and then put a very light coat only on the discolored parts.

Please go to autozone or such to get a new rug. They are not expensive and will look much better than anything you can think of to cover up the burn.
