I have recieved an e-mail from yahoo
company
barrister_omar_hassanchambers@yahoo.com
from Indonesia
recently .It was about winning a prize
that is 250,000 US$ .
They told me to pay some money (2800
$) to them and they will send me the
prize. They told that we have to pay it
first .This means that the above
charges cannot be deducted from the
prize and hence must be provided by me
first before my prize is transferred
to me.
I wanted to know if i can trust and
does your company really have this
lottery program?
(I have 14 days to think about it!)

There is no lottery ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD that is just randomly giving out millions of dollars. They are all scams to get you to prepay fees and taxes and you never receive a cent.

Well, you should not need 14 days to convince yourself that A. You didn't enter a lottery, so how could you win one?!?
B. Yahoo does not have lotteries.
C. If you are gullible enough to send people money in order to get money, someone needs to examine your head for you.
D. If you want to keep on receiving junk like this, continue to open and read mail from someone you don't know.

This is a scam and has been going on for a very long time - years, in fact. Put this mail where it belongs, in the SPAM category. Then put all the others you will receive now that you have opened and read it.

How is it possible that you do not see this as a really stupid scam. Don't send money to anyone. Don't even think about it.
