You will need an occupational license from the county (and/or municipality, if any) where the business is located. You will need a Federal tax ID number. If you sell or charge separately for any type of supplies or materials you will need a Fla. sales tax number. If you want to do business under a trade name you'll need to file a Fictitious Name application with the Secretary of state. Go to www.sunbiz.org.

Usually you have to have a licence for any business so you can show that the business is legal. I would go to your local gov't buliding or there website to see what the procdures are.

Depends what county, you will more than likely get the license through them. They will tell you what all the requirements are. What county is this by the way? Duval? Polk?
