my grandma passed aways a few years ago. she ways taken care of me .i would like to know how can i get the money she had in the bank . she didn't have a wiil

No will - that's not good.

There are state inheritance laws for the state in which she lived that govern what happens when a person dies without a will. You will need to check with the county officials where she lived to see who handled her estate. A judge probably appointed someone to be the executor for her estate, since she did not choose one. That person can give you the information that you need. You will need to take identification to prove that you are a blood relative of your grandma.

You're just asking this now. Most likely that money is with the state you live in. You shouldn't have waited so long.

if granny wanted you have the money she would have set things up for you to get it.

if granny wanted you to know what she had,, you would know.

if granny died with no will and no ones name on her accounts with her, the courts will decide who gets her money
