Dont u realise that u cant find vulpix in red? Only in blue... (rt 7,8)
So youll have to trade it over, and then evolve it.

i beleive that u can use a fire stone on a vulpix to make it evolve if u have one, otherwise evolve it at level 30 or 35. i have no clue wat the map is like and if u have a pokenav in red. if u do, check it if u have seen vulpix or ninetails to reveal the location.

Wherever you can find a vulpix. Vulpix will evolve into Ninetails, but I don't know where you can find Vulpix. Google it.

You have to trade to get a vulpix on red, then use the fire stone on it to evolve it to Ninetales.

if you have a vulpix evolve it with a firestone and instant vulpix
