How do I go to other towns? Do other towns need to have their gates open? I got a friend code and I still can't find anywhere to go. Please let me know Thank You

Thank You all that answered the Question,but I sorry that I didn't say it was for the DS I figured that nobody else was playing it on the Game Cube.

I'm 32 and I have to agree if I didn't play to release stress I would be insane by now.

This is not an answer to your question, because I feel others have already answered it well enough. My comment is to the person who said it was sad for a 20 to 30 year old to play DS...well I've got news for you. Adults need stress relief too. I'm a married mother of two wonderful children and still play plenty of PC games, Gamecube, PS2 and DS games. If I didn't...I'd go crazy. I also clean, take care of my kids, work and all that other stuff that wives and mothers do. When you get to be the same age and have all the same responsibilities I'd like to hear from you. If you don't have some way to occupy a few moments of free time, you'll end up going insane. It's called stress relief and fun. Don't forget hobbies while we're at it. God forbid an adult should have fun once in a while! Good luck with Animal Crossing. I love that game, sometimes at least.

You go to other towns by going to the train station and you must have another memory card that has another town on it to go.

you need 2 memory cards..then you can go to the next town on that 2 card

I would suggest a map and a car. Or a bicycle. Maybe a pogo stick. Either way, passing between towns should not be too difficult. Let me know how this works for you!

You need to use two memory cards...ride the train to the new town
