Everybody knows that marriage is the easiest way to get to america and I am not above seducing an elderly woman that nobody wants there. But I wouold much rather not do that. What is the easiest way to get there besides having to turtore myself for the next 4-5 years by marrying somebody that I have to pretend to love until I get want I want?

What are the best work opportunities that I could do that could possibly lead to citizenship or perhaps I could marry a hot girl with my game when I get there and then I can get citizenship that way.

Please I asked a question that is sincere. You don't need to preach to me that marriage should only be about love...cause I don't buy that & I'm not handing out awards for best actor. Only helpful answers please.

There is no easy way--not anymore.

Having said that here are the not-so-easy but possible legal, dignified and ethical ways:

- Be very talented in your field (i.e., nursing or computer science). I mean very, as in top 0.1% of your peers. Enough so that a recruiter or (preferably) a foreign corporation will hire you directly. If not, don't bother and move on to the next option,

- Go the round-about way. I have friends who eventually got to America after applying to and immigrating to Australia, New Zealand or Canada. While still difficult, the odds are significantly better. It may take several years to maybe even decades before you can even set foot in the USA. Then again, you may actually love living in Aussieland to just stay there after you acquire citizenship.

Become a caregiver/nanny to an American expat family and become a very trusted member of the clan. They may initiate proceedings to take you back to the US on a legal work visa. This will take at least 5 years.
That's all I can think of right now. Good luck.

become a nurse. pass the RN exam.

get recruited in the US.. nurses are in demand there.

you'll get a green card easily in about 2 years.

so.. if you can become a nurse in 4 years + 2 years in the US with green card that is 6 years instead of 10 years petition or marrying an old US woman.

you could also have a sincere relationship with a US lady .. your age.. and then apply for fiance visa together. it's the easiest visa leading to greencard... at least that's what i heard

I think that out of the three countries Well mentioned New Zealand would be the easiest for you to get into. Once you get citizenship it will be a lot easier to get to Australia and then onto the US.
