Head to the movies. Look ahead in the paper or online for a movie coming out around the date of your party. Don't worry if it doesn't turn out to be good. You and your friends can make fun of it the rest of the evening! A PG movie may seem childish to you, but not everyone's parents are comfortable with their 12-year-old seeing a PG-13 rated show. Dinner at your favorite restaurant, and then head back home for cake and presents. If you're on a tight budget, ask your parents very nicely if they will cook dinner or just order pizza.
The next morning, take a trip to the nearest salon for a pedicure, manicure, or both.
Drive to the mall and give your friends 5-15 dollars so they can buy themselves some goodies.
If time permits, arrange to go swimming at a friends house (if it's in season).

There are these new things called spa parties where people come to your house and pamper you- and they're not very expensive. Some of your local salons might do them. You can have them come do manicures and pedicures, or makeup or hair. Along the same lines, there are people who come and do jewelry making parties in the home or purse parties (you make your own handbags), all of which are cool ideas for teens. And then couple that with girlie movies, junk food, pop music, and pjs, and you are good to go. Have fun!

Since it's teens, piant your nails, watch DVDS at night, doing hairstyles, telling scary stories at night, talking about boys or something.
